This year, 2021, the Public Symposium Library in Bahla released its seventh book including many Library releases. A book titled (Investigator Saeed bin Khalfan Al-Khalili, and his scientific and political impact). The book was released jointly by Al-Labban Publishing and sponsored by and Innar for Khelaq Society.
Khamis bin Abdallah Al – Hamimi, a supporting member of the Founders’ Council of the Public Symposium Library in Bahla, explained: “This book, published by the Library, is one of the most important according to a lecture delivered by the virtue of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud Al Siabi at Sultan Qaboos University in April 2000. In addition, the character of Sheikh Said bin Khalfan Al – Khalili was sounded with the spirit of the investigator. The book begins with the words of the editor and scholar, Khamis Bin Rashid Al-Adoui who said that the significance of the lecture is related to the fact that it provided scientific research with visions that were not available before lecture in 2000. For illustration, the name of Imam Al-Khalil bin Shazan bin Al-Salt bin Malik had not been considered before the lecture. In addition, Al-Siyabi’s review of this name opened the way for a review of events that took place during that time. Moreover, it’s becoming an assumption of the name of Al-Khalil bin Shathan bin Al-Khalil bin Shazan bin Al-Salt bin Malik is prevalent in historical studies, which led me to review some of those events in my research about “Bahla… and the political and scientific contribution, during the fifth and sixth centuries” which I go to our Sheikh Al Siabi to get an approval of the omitted of two names from the Imam Al-Khalil. Therefore, Imam Al-Khalil bin Shayat I and Imam Al-Khalil bin Shayat II had assumed the rule of Oman.
Furthermore, Khamis Al-Hamimi emphasized that this work was part of the editorial work of the Public Symposium Library in Bahla in Scientific Production. This is a way that the Library had adopted to contribute knowledge to Arab culture.
Moreover, we have seen in this lecture an important thought. Perhaps Al Siabi has put some of his ideas in some of his other books. Additionally, the specific time of the lecture in itself is a scientific benefit that cannot be overlooked. The study of personality itself is to the art of intellectual analysis, and the lecture is a document reference of Al Siabi Thinking. Moreover, we can document from the ideas that others have previously given through the chronological tracking of what is written and delivered. Therefore, this lecture is one of his scientific stations.
Al-Hamimi explains that the book is located in 56 pages of medium-sized pieces and contains (the editor’s introduction, the family of the Al-Khalili investigator, his upbringing, his teachers in BouSher and SamaaIl. Furthermore, his literary style and influence, his way of writing, his language, his authors in Al-Sharia, his poetry, his political role, and annex questions and answers
